KOUSHINKAI Kihon Techniques

Several people have asked me to list the basic techniques, or kihon, so they could familiarize themselves with the names of the techniques and the order they are practiced. The table below lists all the techniques practiced in Koushinkai Karate Kihon.

Tim demonstrating KIHON hand techniques

Tim is demonstrating KIHON techniques. We asked him to film this specifically for club member to reference while they are working on the skills at home in their individual practice. All white belts must be able to lead practice up the Empi for their first belt test.
