Naihanchi

Naihanchi is the most important kata we practice. It is also one of the most traditional katas in our system. Tim is mirroring the kata so that the viewer can practice at home. Unlike many kata, this one does not require a lot of space to practice. Although it is complex, we require this kata to be performed for the first belt test. Osu!

In the future, we hope to have more videos posted for reference. Many of our kata are identical to the kata practiced in Kyokushin, a parent style of KOUSHINKAI. However, with Saifa, the way we've been instructed to perform the kata varies from the Kyokushin version.
